main color yarn – I used 1 skein of “Jeans” by Yarnart;
yarn for the mane and tail – small amount;
yarn for the dress, shoes and shorts;
2 half beads/2 beads;
2 buttons for the shoes;
2 buttons for the dress;
a piece of plastic (plastic canvas or plastic lid) or thick cardboard for the insoles;
crochet hook;
stuffing;
embroidery thread for the mouth;
scissors;
black sewing thread if you use half beads or beads for the eyes);
sewing thread matching the colors of the buttons;
sewing and tapestry needle.
Measurements:
I used “Jeans” by YarnArt (55% cotton, 45% acrylic, 50g/160m) for the Horse and the shoes, “Lily” by YarnArt (100% cotton, 50g/225m) for the dress, “Maxi” by Madame Tricote (100% cotton, 100g/565m) for the shorts, “Diva Batik” by Alize (100% acrylic, 100g/350m) for the tail and the mane, crochet hook 1.75 mm for the Horse and the shoes and 1.25 mm for the dress and the shorts. The toy is 20 cm (7.8 inches) tall using the materials mentioned above.
