smooth beige yarn – under 50 g;
fancy ginger yarn - 50 g;
a piece of white felt for the white of the eyes;
2 black half pearls for the pupils of the eyes (I used o 8 mm);
pink embroidery thread for the mouth;
crochet hook matching the yarn weight;
wire for the arms, legs and tail (optional)
plaster - adhesive-backed fabric tape 1 cm wide to work up the wire (optional);
cotter pin joints for the head (optional – you can sew the head to the body);
any stuffing;
tapestry needle.
Measurements:
I used beige yarn “Jeans” by YarnArt (55% cotton, 45% acrylic, 50g/160m), ginger yarn “Adelia” by Valeri (50% wool/50% acrylic, 146m/50g) and 1.75 mm crochet hook. The monkey is 23 cm tall (13 cm when seated).
